PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pharmaceutical dispensary supporting system allowing the small sales of medical pharmaceuticals and eliminating the need for individual inventory control, account settlement of orders and claims to a health insurance group at the side of a hospital or a pharmaceutical dispensary. SOLUTION: The pharmaceutical dispensary supporting system 1 comprises a pharmaceutical dispensary terminal device 5 installed in a hospital or a pharmaceutical dispensary 4 and having communication function for inputting pharmaceutical information and issuing the claim statements of medical fees and a stock center device 3 installed in a medical pharmaceutical stock center 2 adaptable for medical pharmaceuticals in stock and having communication function. When small orders for medical pharmaceuticals are received by the pharmaceutical dispensary terminal device 5 under the control of the stock center device 3, dispensing delivery of the medical pharmaceuticals is processed for the hospital or the pharmaceutical dispensary 4 and inventory control of the medical pharmaceuticals is performed in the hospital or the pharmaceutical dispensary 4 in which the terminal device 5 is installed. In addition, account settlement with the health insurance group is performed for supporting financial affairs for the pharmaceutical dispensary.
