PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable stable mounting on a portable-type electronic equipment also, in which size reduction and complexity of shape advances in a portable- type electric power supply, further enabling to be produced inexpensively and also stably, as well as to charge even in a low light intensity, and enables stable use, even in a low light intensity in a portable-type communication terminal and a portable computer. SOLUTION: In the portable-type electric power supply 10, which is connected with a secondary battery 21 for driving the portable-type electronic equipment 20 and which has at least a photoelectric transducer 10A and a capacitor 10C for accumulating electricity, the photoelectric transducer 10A is equipped with and constituted from a transparent electroconductive electrode, an electron transport layer made from oxide fine particles having a micropore structure, a hole transport layer, a hole current collecting electrode, and a photosensitive compound adhered or stuck to the electron transport layer.
