PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To put the actual heart rate to a range of a target heart rate. SOLUTION: This electronic clock is provided with a comparator circuit for comparing the actual heart rate to be within the range of a target heart rate or not, and generating a down signal when the actual heart rate is higher than the target heart rate, and an up signal when it is lower, a pitch data generating circuit for generating pitch data, the pitch of which is lowered when an output signal of the comparator circuit is a down signal and pitch data, the pitch of which is increased when it is an up signal, and a sounding means for converting the pitch data of the pitch data generating circuit to sounding information. The pitch sound is generated by the sounding means to inform a wearer of the pitch data.
