APPARATUS FOR EXAMINING HUMAN VISUAL CAPACITY OF FIELD OF VISION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a highly accurate examination result by proper positioning of a patient and an easy operation with a new perimeter for examining the visual field improving the conventional problems. SOLUTION: The perimeter for examining the visual field is provided with a head support device 7 and an operation panel 4. An optical instrument 12 is disposed on a device leg 5 and the examination optical instrument is provided with an ocular lens. The optical instrument 12 is movably disposed on the device leg 5 and its position is adjustable by, at least, one of drive units 18, 19 and 21. The optical instrument 12 is accurately disposed so as to track the eyes to be examined. The perimeter is so formed that the optical instrument 12 can be essentially arbitrarily disposed therein.
