PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily adjust a flow rate by a flow controller and to reduce time change in flow rate or to prevent the change.;SOLUTION: The flow controller 200 is provided with a channel 1, a first cylindrical closing part 2 arranged inside the channel 1 and a second closing part 3 arranged in a shape to wind around the downstream side of the first closing part 2. One groove part 10 is disposed on the outer peripheral wall of the second closing part 3. The second closing part 3 is pressurized via the channel 1 in accordance with the sliding operation of an adjustment operation member 4 so as to adjust the opening/closing amount of the groove part 10. Consequently, the flow rate is obtained in accordance with the opening/closing amount of the groove part 10. A slit 5 is also arranged in the end part of the upstream side of the first closing part 2 and this part is picked between fingers for increasing the flow rate. Thus, the slit 5 is opened and a large amount of chemical liquid, etc., is made to flow in the first closing part 2. The slit 5 is closed after taking fingers off so that the flow rate corresponding to the opening/closing amount of the groove part 10 is immediately obtained.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
