PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermet tool excellent in abrasion resistance and in defect resistance.;SOLUTION: The TiCN radical thermet tool constituted of a hard phase containing one king or two kinds of carbide, nitride and carbide nitride of periodic table 4a, 5a, 6a groups and a combined phase made by being connected by Fe group metal with carbide and nitride of Ti as main components constitutes its TiCN radical thermet alloy by containing at least one kind of composite carbide and composite carbide nitride containing W, Co and Ni.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
