PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control the generation of a twist around the axial center in an EDF 2 laid on the surface of a substrate 3 when the EDF 2 is fed via a line laying head 41 and is laid on the surface of the substrate 3.;SOLUTION: A rotating stage 11 which rotates the substrate 3 around the shaft orthogonal to the surface of the substrate 3, is provided, and the substrate 3 is rotated by the rotating stage 11 in the state that the line laying head 41 is fixed when the EDF 2 is laid in an arc shape on the surface of the substrate 3.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
