SOLUTION: The fiber reinforced composite material 6 comprises the reinforcing fiber 3 and a structural matrix resin 5, wherein a light-transmitting resin layer 2 is formed on an outer surface 7. The light-transmitting resin layer 7 is a resin satisfying all of the following three conditions in a film thickness of 30 m, where saturation C* is 1=C*=2, a hue angle h is -135 deg.=h=-45 deg., and lightness L* is L*=90 in an L*C*h color model.
