PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method which optimizes design specifications by evaluating and examining a defogger function obtained with specifications of a hot-wire pattern, etc., under conducted test conditions. SOLUTION: A simulation part 1 computes the dew condensation state of the printed hot-wire type antifogging glass from the temperature distribution of the printed hot-wire type antifogging glass and the ambient temperature and relative temperature in a cabin, decides whether or not dew condensation occurs according to data on the computed dew condensation state, and generates an image equivalent to that of an actual performance evaluation test through computer graphics by using the result having been converted into transmissivity.
