PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the performance of calling, performance stoppage and performance time change, etc., depending on a specified condition specified by a subscriber who registers the performance time of a wake-up call service.;SOLUTION: A wake-up call service system is provided with an exchange 2 having a subscriber database 3 to which a subscriber terminal 1 to receive the wake-up call service is connected, a menu list server 4 provided with the menu list of service condition specification to be added to the specified date and time of the wake-up call service specified by the subscriber and a service information providing server 5 providing the service information of the service condition specified by the subscriber on the basis of the menu list.
