PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bouquet lapping instrument divertible to a vase stand showing excellent protective performance of the bouquet and constructed such that a receiver can instantly decorate with the flower even when he does not have a flower vase. SOLUTION: A bouquet lapping instrument is provided with a conical or polygonal pyramid-like flower insert cone 1 having a nose edge portion 11 as a bottom and an opening at the upper side and a truncated cone cover having a large opening portion 21 at one end and a small opening portion 22 at the other end wherein a technical means is employed to enable a bouquet lapping style or a flower vase stand style to be constructed depending on attaching direction of the head cut cone cover 2 on the side of the nose edge portion 11 of the flower insert cone 1.
