PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle operation business integral control information system capable of grasping the movement of vehicle in real time and capable of quickly and flexibly coping with the state change.;SOLUTION: Vehicle position control information obtained by a GPS satellite 600 and a mobile communication terminal 210 is transmitted to an integral control server 110, and is displayed in real time, and is arranged together with vehicle state control information to prepare a vehicle operation movement history database. Attendance-leaving data from an attendance-leaving input device 130 is preserved as crewman duty history database. A request for a vehicle operation contract from a customer center 300 is transmitted to the integral control server 110, and an operation plan is prepared while referring to the vehicle operation movement history database and the crewman duty history database.
