PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor cleaning waste liquid treating agent, a floor cleaning waste liquid treating method and a method for reutilizing the floor cleaning waste liquid by which the floor cleaning waste liquid can be simply and easily treated while reducing load given to environment and a liquid part after treatment can be reutilized.;SOLUTION: The floor cleaning waste liquid treating agent of this invention contains a coagulant and a gaseous carbon dioxide generating agent consisting of a fluocculating agent, a carbonate and an acid. When the floor cleaning waste liquid treating agent of this invention is added to the floor cleaning waste liquid, air bubbles of gaseous carbon dioxide generated from the gaseous carbon dioxide generating agent stick to a surface of a coagulated particle to float up the coagulated particle. Thereby coagulated matter in the floor cleaning waste liquid can be efficiently removed even by a simple device to lower pH, BOD value and COD value, to make appearance clear and to be in a state where can be easily abandoned without causing water pollution. Further even when treated floor cleaning waste liquid is blended with a cleaning liquid and is used again as a mixed cleaning liquid, cleaning property (wax removing property) is not reduced.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
