The unit 90 of the maintenance company side notices information about the store quantity of phosphorus compounds to the unit 100 based on the data sent from the removing device. And the unit 90 of the maintenance company side recovers phosphorus compounds in the phosphorus removing apparatus when the request for recovery is received from the unit 100. Phosphorus compounds recovered are delivered to a phosphorus purifying company. Returned money is payed to the maintenance company corresponding to the recovered phosphorus compounds.
