PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transportation management system capable of providing accurate, efficient and economical transportation management by determining a discharge port distribution plan minimizing the number of calling at ports and transportation cost under constraints of at least berthing ability and yard stock ability and providing a composition providing sharing of the information and update information.;SOLUTION: A determining means 110 determines information (discharge port distribution information such as a destination port, an alongside pier berth, a discharging brand, a discharging amount, and a discharging order) regarding distributions to producing sections 170(x) of transported crude fuel by using management information (information regarding transportation management of the crude fuel provided from outside) inside a storage means 115.
