PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To aim at downsizing of a tungsten halogen lamp by bringing a coil closer to a point light source, and improve the reflection efficiency in case lighting is made in combination with a lighting fixture with a reflecting mirror. SOLUTION: This has a bulb 5 possessing a light emitting part 2 of an ellipsoid of revolution whose inside is filled with encapsulation gas, a coil 7 of multiplex winding (not less than two-fold of winding) type arranged along the central axis of inside of the light emitting part and supported by two lead wires 9, 10, and an infrared-ray reflecting film 16 formed on the outer face of the light emitting part, and a coil length LCn of the coil is made to be 5.8 mm or less.
