PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a precise machining tool for free curved surface efficiently and precisely machining a free curved surface using a three-spindle NC machining device having versatility by limiting a contact face of a tool machining part to a fixed position and range from a spindle center so as to provide a constant peripheral speed and constant drive torque, at the same time improve the precision of the machining position and hold the shape precision of the machining tool contact face.;SOLUTION: The precise machining tool for free curved surface precisely machines a surface to be machined by bringing the bottom end in contact therewith by the rotation about the rotary spindle.
