PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-quality organic light-emitting device eliminating lack of reproducibility in an Al-Li cathode.;SOLUTION: As the manufacturing method of an electrode covering a light- emitting layer in the organic light-emitting device, a process is included of placing the organic device in a vacuum chamber having a receptacle of evaporative matter. Another process is to heat the receptacle for having the matter in it evaporated and deposited on the light-emitting layer to form an electrode, where, a shutter (when it is open) enables the evaporative matter to be deposited from the heated receptacle onto the light-emitting layer.
