PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that an internationally excellent intellectual property right is consequently often buried as it is without being paid attention to in the world because a right holder who wants to utilize an internationally negotiable right has too much burden of expense and also does not have a suitable method in a conventional manner and meanwhile, a person who desires to acquire the right and collects information so as to utilize an excellent invention, etc., has difficult time in collecting the information even though the person has both money and an organization.;SOLUTION: This international mediation system for a right related to an intellectual property consists of a means 11 for making the right holder 20 register the providing contents of his/her right in this system 10 under the environment of computers internationally connected through the Internet, etc., a means 12 for classifying and arranging the registered contents of the right and storing the registered contents in the database of the system, and a means 13 for introducing the provided contents of the right which are classified, arranged and stored to the person desiring to acquire the right in a retrievable manner.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2001,JPO
