PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve efficiency in cost management and purchase by sending order schedule information prepared corresponding to an execution budget from a cost managing system to a centralized purchase center by providing small and medium-sized construction companies with cost imaging systems and providing services in a centralized purchase environment integrated with these systems since a big general constructor provides a centralized purchase system and an environment for small and medium-sized construction companies to enable centralized purchase is not provided.;SOLUTION: The ordering means of centralized purchase is provided to a large number of specified users through the Internet. The cost managing system having an ordering interface to the centralized purchase center is used for centralized purchase.
