PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic liquidation system usable like digital cache, receiving interest when merely retained, and recoverable even when lost or broken.;SOLUTION: The server computer 10 of a bank issues the temporary digital cache money usable for liquidation like the digital cache, although not the digital cache itself, on the condition that the sum of the temporary digital cache under an issuance request and the issued and unliquidated temporary digital cache is in the range of the balance of an account and transmits it to the portable information terminal 20 of a customer. When the temporary digital cache is issued, the amount corresponding to the temporary digital cache is not subtracted from the account of the customer. When the customer performs liquidation at a shop, the temporary digital cache is transmitted to the terminal 30 of the shop from the portable information terminal 20. Upon receiving the temporary digital cache, the terminal 30 transmits the temporary digital cache to the server computer 10.
