PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic noise suppressing body, capable of realizing the suppression of electromagnetic noise without causing reflection, while using a conductive magnetic thin film, having superior magnetic loss characteristics in a miniaturized electronic circuit, such as the inside of a semiconductor element, and to provide a method of suppressing electromagnetic noise using the same.;SOLUTION: The body, comprising a conductive soft magnetic thin film has a structure, in which the thin film is broken into constitutional units, which are sufficiently small with respect to the wavelength of the noise and the conduction of direct current between the units is interrupted.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
