PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas-barrier film which is excellent in transparency as a packaging material so that its contents can be seen from the outside, allows the use of a metal detector, develops gas-barrier properties through a short time drying process by an existing apparatus of a wet coating method, is excellent in cost performance characteristics and processability, has an oxygen-barrier property under high temperatures and high humidity, reduces an environmental load, and is most suitable for as a packaging material.
