PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means for a drifter especially on the sea to be found by a radar generally kept on a ship. SOLUTION: If a material reflecting a radar wave can continuously exist at a height of about 1 to 1.5 m from the sea surface, an existing position of the material can be recognized by the radar wave emitted from a ship or the like. This apparatus has a radar reflection material kept at a height of about 1 to 1.5 m from the sea surface with using a portable hollow bar shaped apparatus to effectively reflect the emitted radar wave and makes the position found by a searcher. If a person drifting on the sea use this apparatus, the searcher can easily search the position and it is greatly helpful to find and pick up the person in an early stage.
