PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a topically release controlling delivery system which relates to the delivery of an antifungal agent to fingers and toes and can achieve high soakage all over the nails by combining a keratolytic agent with an antifungal agent. SOLUTION: The active ingredients comprise an antifungal agent and a keratolytic agent or preferably a combination of an antifungal agent with a keratolytic agent and the objective topical sustained release preparation is fed in the form of varnish or spray for treating the nails and peripheral tissues. The active ingredient may include additionally an antibacterial agent, an antiviral agent, antipsoriatic agent or their combinations.
