PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite material as an application of composite particles obtained by dispersing a polymer in thermoplastic resin particles; wherein the composite material is e.g. prevented from deformation of the dispersed particles and particle diameter and free from variation in light transmittance or the like.;SOLUTION: The crosslinked composite particles are obtained by dispersing 0.05-20 pts.wt. crosslinked polymer (B) in 100 pts.wt. thermoplastic resin particles (A), and the method for producing the crosslinked composite particles comprises dissolving 0.05-20 pts. mass polymer (B1) having crosslinkable functional group and soluble to the monomer (a) mentioned below but incompatible with the thermoplastic resin particles (A) in 100 pts. mass monomer (a) as the raw material for the thermoplastic resin particles (A), polymerizing the monomer (a) and crosslinking the polymer (B1) to obtain the crosslinked polymer (B).;COPYRIGHT: (C)2001,JPO
