PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an extension pipe fixing device for easily constructing an extension pipe on the inner surface of an existing pipeline and a construction method using the device.;SOLUTION: The extension pipe fixing device is provided with a single or plural pairs of cylindrical support receiving pipes having the same diameter as the extension pipe, support receiving rings fitting linear or belt-like circular support having a diameter larger than the inside diameter of the pipeline to each of the paired cylindrical support receiving pipes, and a support receiving fixture. In the extension pipe fixing device, the tips of the paired circular supports are connected to each other, the circular support control pipe is connected to the middle part of the paired cylindrical support receiving pipes, and the extension pipes are connected to the right and left (front and rear) parts of the support receiving pipes.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
