PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To display a page synchronously on a user client terminal and an expert client terminal during an information interchange between both using a Web browser.;SOLUTION: The user client terminal and the expert client terminal are connected to a user-dedicated service program and an expert-dedicated service program in an intermediary server. When the two service programs prepare a screen configuration for display on the respective client terminals, a screen configuration preparing program (CGI) only is activated, and only one shared area in the intermediary server is used for notification and response processing for each client terminal. The screen configuration preparing program, upon a request of each service program, adds a description for making information provision requests of each client terminal at constant intervals, to a file (Web page file) present in the shared area to specify the display screen configuration, and responds to each client terminal to provide display.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
