PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reliable and quick support service without having to prepare special software on a user side. SOLUTION: The user can download an Active X component by applying one click to a prescribed input button 5b on a Web page 5 by a support service provider (step S1). The Active X component automatically acquires prescribed set value data of a user terminal 1 and writes the prescribed set value data in respective fields of the Web page 5 (step S2). Determination data are stored by a Web server 3 in such a manner that the user confirms the written information and presses down a confirmation button 5c (step S3). A person in charge of support discriminates a malfunction factor, etc., while referring to the determination data by a support terminal 2 (step S4), and performs a support instruction with the user of the user terminal 1 by telephone (step S5).
