PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vector capable of expressing an endocrine disrupting chemicals(EDCs)-binding domain, thus usable for detecting or adsorbing EDCs, more specifically, to create a microorganism with a heteroprotein having a desired EDCs-binding domain expressed on the cell surface layer.;SOLUTION: The objective microorganism with an EDCs-binding domain on its surface is created by making an expression as a fused protein with a protein enabling the expression on the cell surface such as a GPI anchor protein; wherein the GPI anchor protein to be used is e.g. a yeast agglutinin gene, a fragment thereof; the EDCs-binding domain includes the ligand-binding domain of a rat-derived estrogen receptor. The above microorganism transformed by the vector is capable of expressing an EDCs-binding domain on its cell surface layer, thus being useful for assaying or eliminating EDCs.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
