PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a unit for collective dwelling which flexibly adapts to the dwelling patterns of applicants for occupation applications and in which dwelling is possible in such a form as not to burden tenants or landlords.;SOLUTION: A structure 1 provided with an even number of living rooms 3 arranged in a row on one side of a space 2 corresponding to living rooms to be a plurality of living rooms 9, vestibules 4 to one-half the total number of the living rooms 3 arranged on the other side of the space 2 corresponding to living rooms, and water sections 5 is constructed. By combining a first partition means to arrange partition walls 7 to connect the boundary parts of every two living rooms 3 to the boundary parts of every one vestibule and water section with a second partition means to arrange partition walls 8 to connect the boundary parts of every one living room 3 to the boundary parts of every one vestibule and water section, it is possible to partition a plurality of dwelling blocks each provided with an even number or odd number of living rooms 3 and at least one vestibule 4 and water section 5 according to the dwelling patterns.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2001,JPO
