BOILER EQUIPPED WITH CORROSION RESISTANT HEAT TRANSFER PIPE FOR HEAT EXCHANGE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prolong the life of a boiler utilizing heat of waste gas at high temperatures produced in a grate type refuse incinerator and the like by preventing at least a water wall tube of a heat exchange heat transfer tube constituting the boiler from being corroded by corrosive waste gas.;SOLUTION: The corrosion resistant water wall tube comprises a water wall tube body 28 comprising a plurality of steel tubes 29 and a fin 31 connecting between the foregoing steel pipes 29, and a coating layer 30 for covering a side of the water wall tube body 28 in contact with high temperature gas. At least a surface layer portion of the coated layer 30 is formed with a coated layer section comprising a metal and ceramic composite material. These materials can be made dense in their structure by being used as a sintered structure, so that adhesion force of fly ash is weakened, and corrosion components caused by corrosive gas and salt involved in the fly ash can be prevented from invading.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
