PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wiring means by which an optical fiber can be widely wired to each home using city water pipe so that an ultra high-speed network can be widely used.;SOLUTION: The optical fiber is fixed on the screw-rocket propelled by using water pressure, and is guided and wired in the city water pipe from each local waterworks authority to each home. An optical fiber 6 is fixed to a guidance shaft 7 of the screw-rocket, and is inserted into a rotating cylinder shaft 3. The rotating cylinder shaft 3 keeps the strength integrally with a tilt preventing cylinder 4, and performs screw rotation and advances along the wall of the city water pipe.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
