PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an overflow of oil from an oil-filling pipe that occurs while a sealing process is going on, and also to prevent the sealing by welding and the like to become defective due to overflowed oil. SOLUTION: A temporary sealing part 50 is formed by crushing and clamping down a tip-neighborhood part 19a of the oil-filling pipe 19 to a streak shape across the pipe, a tip-side part at the rear of the temporary sealing part 50 is crushed to flat and a part to be sealed of the flat-crushed edge face 52 of the tip of the pipe is sealed by welding or soldering.
