PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To execute component analysts of a plant body single feat in the living leaf state in a short time, and to enable overall quality evaluation by unifying content component analysis, appearance determination or the like of the plant body.;SOLUTION: A part of a sample 101 arranged on a measurement position A is irradiated with light from a light source 12 through a first light guide body 13, and scattering reflected light or transmitted light is collected and detected by a second light guide body 14 in a sample measuring part 1. An image signal of the whole image of the sample 101 is extracted by an imaging means 15. A sample fixing stand 10 is moved in a prescribed range on a horizontal plane by controlling an XY movable carriage 11, to thereby move an optional spot on the sample up to the measurement position A. Detection light guided by the second light guiding means 14 is allowed to enter spectroscopes 21-24 to execute spectral analysis processing in a dispersing part 2. The image signal extracted by the imaging means 15 and an analytical result data signal in the dispersing part 2 are inputted, and control of a driving system on the sample measuring part 10 and processing of the analytical data are executed in a measurement control-data processing part 3.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2001,JPO
