JAPANESE INPUT METHOD BY TEN KEY

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems of a conventional multi-tap method pressing keys for many times in inputting letters and a method for inputting the letters using database reducing the key operation number but selecting a word from many words in outputting. SOLUTION: This Japanese input method by ten keys is characterized in reducing the number of times of key operation in inputting by setting the letter disposition on the ten keys into roman letter input mode and using kana inference database and reducing choices of outputted words by using the kana inference database. Taking account of cases where no word to be inputted exists on the kana inference database, this device can correct the letters by using a cross key and easily change it into the word to be inputted.
