PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable scheduling which takes a subcontract into account. SOLUTION: A scheduling DB is generated according to an order DB, an internal production machine progress DB, a component table DB, a process table DB, and a facility DB and scheduling based upon only internal production facilities is carried out (steps S1 to S4). Then it is judged whether or not the delivery period of an order is secured (step S5) and when there is an order whose delivery period is not secured, a scheduling DB taking subcontract facilities into account is generated according to a subcontract facility DB and a subcontract progress DB and scheduling is performed again (steps S6 to S9, S3, and S4).
