PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a card timer to be connected to a television set by which a patient or a visitor can freely confirm information such as hospital guidance or a message to the patient in a hospital.;SOLUTION: This card is a prepaid card by which a rental fee can be paid. The prepaid card has a storage medium wherein image and audio information can be rewritten. A card reader part is provided for charging for the time of the rent of the television and controlling the fee with the usage of the prepaid card in the hospital. The prepaid card is provided with the storage medium for storing the image information. The image information such as the hospital guidance or the message to the patient is stored in the storage medium. The card timer having the hospital information output function is provided with a means for reading and rewriting the fee information of the prepaid card, a means for reading the image information, and an audio and image output means for televising the read image information on a television screen.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
