METHOD FOR CONTROLLING STOCK AND PRODUCTION OF CEMENT OF MANUFACTURING PLANT OF READY MIXED CONCRETE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce cost by eliminating the burden of stock control of cement on the side of a manufacturing plant of ready-mixed concrete and realizing systematic stock control and production control by the side of a cement company.;SOLUTION: An stock quantity monitoring device 7 to monitor stock quantity of the cement stored in a cement silo 8 is provided in the manufacturing plant 4 of ready/mixed concrete. In addition, the stock quantity monitoring device 7 is connected with a computer 6 for stock control of an intensive stock control center 5 of the cement company 1 via a public line 10. And the stock quantity of the cement in the cement silo 8 is intermittently monitored by the stock quantity monitoring device 7 and when the stock quantity of the cement underruns preset ordered stock quantity, the stock quantity monitoring device 7 automatically transmits order information to the computer 6 for stock control of the intensive stock control center 5 via the public line 10.
