PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly cope with a stalker, a missing person, a theft or the like to protect a user.;SOLUTION: A mobile or portable telephone 5 and a position analyzer utilizing a GPS 1 communication satellite are connected by a cable, the positional information transmitted through the Internet is superposed and displayed on image planes of a car navigation system and a general-purpose DOS/V personal computer 2 (the map data is a general-purpose map software operated in an existing car navigation), and the positional information can be transmitted and received to display parts of plural portable telephones at real time through the Internet, whereby a present position at a moving side can be constantly acquired, and can be transmitted and received to the display parts of plural portable telephone at real time to be acquired and followed for searching, and owners of the portable telephones acquiring the positional information can start the searching toward the present position of the moving side, when the positional information is automatically distributed to the display parts of plural portable telephone by the positional information collecting function at a base station side.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
