PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system approach capable of controlling the position and shape related to each part of a human body as the numerical value data of a three-dimensional coordinates system having the lowermost point of the sacrum as the origin and performing the numerical analysis of change or the estimation of a pathological range. SOLUTION: A human body numerical value control modeling system is equipped with a reference point setting means for calculating the coordinates data of the lowermost point of the sacrum from three-dimensional image data related to a human body to set a reference point and a three-dimensional coordinates forming means for forming a three-dimensional coordinates system having the reference point as the origin, and the position related to the part of the human body is numerically controlled. Further, a simulator forming means extracting a predetermined part from the three-dimensional image data and forming the polygon data based on the three-dimensional coordinates system with respect to the predetermined part is provided and an image is displayed on the basis of the polygon data.
