PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a baggage receipt/delivery system and a baggage receipt/ delivery method capable of receiving a baggage during traveling in route, enhancing a service for a customer and reducing a work cost.;SOLUTION: The system 1 is installed at respective collection and delivery sites carrying out loading/unloading of cargos. Vehicle information, cargo information, route information and driver information are managed at real time by various kinds of data bases stored in a memory 12 of a server 6 in the respective system 1. When a cargo is committed at an optional place, a vehicle on which the cargo can be loaded on is looked for by referring to the various kinds of data bases. Change information of a traveling route is transmitted to a navigation system 2 loaded on the corresponding vehicle and this circumstance is informed to a cellular telephone 4 of a driver who drives the corresponding vehicle.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
