PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a prize exchange system at a pachinko hall wherein when a ball obtained in a pachinko game is exchanged for a prize, thereby converting the prize into money, the prize can be circulated in the distribution channel open to the consuming public, without moving conventional special prizes.;SOLUTION: The pachinko hall prize exchange system consists of a database to store information relating to prizes, a managing server 40, which receives an order of prize through a communication network to output prize order data relating to ordered prize, thereby managing sales of prizes, and a hall terminal 20 which is set at a pachinko hall H and includes an information input means to order prizes contained in prize information provided from the managing server through the communication network and a catalog issuing means to issue an ordered catalog card wherein information relating to prizes inputted from the information input means is recorded.
