PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture an RB(red, blue) two-layered hologram color filter with a single time exposure.;SOLUTION: A hologram master 32RB for RB having a surface hologram 34R for R and a surface hologram 34B for B formed on a first transparent substrate 33 in mutually different layers and an RB two-layered hologram material substrate 22KRB2 having a hologram photosensitive material layer 22KR for R and a hologram photosensitive material layer 22KB for B formed on a second transparent substrate 21 are tightly stuck to each other. An R color recording light ray and a B color recording light ray are simultaneously made incident on the hologram master for RB with an identical incident angle and with an interval so as to form a hologram lens layer for R by exposing the hologram photosensitive material layer for R with diffracted rays resulting from diffraction of the R color recoding light ray on the surface hologram for R and to form a hologram lens layer for B by exposing the hologram photosensitive material layer for B with diffracted rays resulting from diffraction of the B color recording light ray on the surface hologram for B.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
