FULLY AUTOMATIC GROUTING SYSTEM OF IMPROVED TYPE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fully automatic grouting system of an improved type superior in profitability and capable of greatly reducing the amount of residual grout to be discarded while surely controlling the concentration of grout and maintaining the quality thereof.;SOLUTION: A raw liquid mixer 2 for temporarily reserving a raw grout liquid and a dilution water supply passage through which a dilution water for diluting the raw grout liquid is supplied is connected to a sub-mixer 1 for mixing the raw grout liquid and the dilution water to produce the grout. A filling passage for introducing the grout from the sub-mixer 1 to a filling position is provided with a mass flow meter 42 for measuring the concentration of the grout. A concentration adjustment control device is provided for controlling the concentration of the grout in accordance with a value measured by the mass flow meter 42. A return passage is connected to the filling passage for returning the grout to the sub-mixer 1 and a return-discard change-over valve 27 is provided for changing over the return passage between a return side and a discard side.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
