PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an address-changing method and an address change system for notifying information of the change of an address to an agency preliminarily registered in a site operated by the agency by notifying the change of the address to the site by a user who desires to apply for change in the address.;SOLUTION: A list of agencies is displayed on an information processing terminal, the user of the agency transmits notification information of the change of the address and selection information of the agencies, to which the change is notified from the information processing terminal to the agency to operate a web, the agency transmits the information of the change of the address to the agency to which it is notified, based on the selection information of the agency to which it is notified, in response to reception of the address change, the agency to receive notification of the change of the address obtains a certain evidence to the user to apply the change of the address, the user of the agency transmits the certain evidence to the agency and the agency pays commissions to the agency to operate the web at the time, when a series of procedures are completed.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
