PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fishery system for artificially preparing conditions for the natural spawning of tunas under a natural environment and stimulating the growth of fries, and to make a fishery base for the fishery system. SOLUTION: This ocean fishery system using deep sea water, characterized by comparting a plant plankton culture maintenance area on the ocean, charging the cultured plant planktons into an animal plankton culture maintenance area, charging the animal planktons cultured in the animal plankton culture maintenance area into a fry growth maintaining area 2b, comparting the fry growth maintenance area on the ocean, charging the animal planktons into the fry growth maintenance area, comparting the spawning maintenance area 2a on the ocean, and then adding a controlled quantity of the deep water to the spawning maintenance area to artificially control the water temperature of the sea area.
