PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a neck-worn expansion type life jacket which can be formed extremely compact, which will not become an obstacle in moving as it is worn on the neck, which can be worn in warm seasons, and which can be constantly worn in any kind of work, leisure, or sports on the seaside including sea bathing, surfing, playing, and camping, in which conventionally a life jacket has not been worn.;SOLUTION: This device is provided with a cylindrical rubber 21 having elasticity forming a roughly cylindrical neck insertion hole part 2, an automatic gas filling device to fill gas into the cylindrical rubber 21 to expand the cylindrical rubber 21, and a neck tightening preventing means 25 to prevent the neck insertion hole part 2 from becoming smaller by expansion of the cylindrical rubber 21 for preventing the neck 31 in the neck insertion hole part 2 from being tightened.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
