Insulators 12a and 12a converting the stator core are provided and the magnet wires are wound on winding core parts of the pole teeth with the insulators between the teeth and the wires to form soils 18. The insulators 12a and 12b of the winding core parts of the pole teeth are inclined so as to have heights on a flange side higher than the heights on a base side 40.
