PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cement concrete, capable of applying pump pressure sending, having enough fluidity after leaving in a pipe for the fixed time and good pressure sending property causing no waste of cement concrete in the pipe.;SOLUTION: The cement concrete comprises a setting modifier containing hydrated lime, organic acids, gypsum, and a water reducing agent, cement, and water and is left in a pipe. The cement concrete may be left in the pipe for 1 to 10 hours. The quick setting cement concrete contains the cement concrete and a quick setting agent.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
